Chath Puja is celebrated in most areas in India but mainly celebrated in the state of Bihar and Nepal with great fervor and fun. Chath puja is celebrated on the sixth Day following Diwali and is dedicated to the sun.   During this festival, women observe a continuous fast for the 36 Hours.
